Pet Cremation Application

Cremation services are available for a fee

We offer paid cremation services for pets that have passed away.
As this will be a joint funeral, the ashes cannot be returned. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

Application Method

Please place it in a plastic bag, then put it in a cardboard box, seal it, and bring it to the Living Environment Division on the 3rd floor of City Hall.
Please refrain from bringing accompanying items as they may cause issues during cremation.

Fee

5,090 yen per head

Open on weekdays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

In the event of a pet dog's death

If a registered dog has died, it is necessary to submit a "death notification."
