You can check it on My Portal
You can tap the "Register/Change Public Money Receipt Account" icon in the "Featured Information" section on the My Number Portal homepage to check the registration status of your login account information.
- My Portal can be accessed on your smartphone or that of your family members.
- If you do not have a device, you can also use the terminals at the My Number Card Center or City Hall (Insurance and Pension Division).
Note: To log in to the My Portal, you need a My Number Card and a password.
