Anyone can apply at the counter. Those eligible for a reduction in registration and license tax are the owners of the property.

Documents Required for Application

Please check the necessary documents for the housing certificate.
If you are not yet residing at the time of application, it is necessary to submit the "Application Form for Planned Residence" and other documents.

Issuance Fee

The issuance fee for certificates is 1,300 yen per case.
Note: In the case of mailing, the fee is 1,400 yen per item.
