Online Application for Property Tax Certificates

Types of Certificates Available for Online Application

・Issuance of a copy of the ledger (Fixed Asset Taxation Ledger)
・Certificate of Assessed Value (Land, House)
・Certificate of Public Charges (Land, House)

Items Required for Online Application

・Smartphone (with IC card reading function)
・Smartphone App "MyNaSign"
・My Number Card (with a valid electronic signature certificate)
・PIN for entering ticket details (4 digits)
・PIN for signature electronic certificate (6 digits or more)
・Credit card or PayPay app

Notes

・This service allows applicants who possess a My Number Card to request only their own certificates. If you wish to apply as a corporation, heir, or proxy, please use in-person application at the counter or mail-in request.
・Issuance is possible for six fiscal years, including the most recent year.
・Certificates for the new fiscal year will be available from April onwards.
・After payment is completed, the certificate will be sent within approximately 3 business days.
・If there are any unclear points in the application details, we may contact you by phone for confirmation. If we cannot reach you, we will inquire via the email address provided. Please note that if confirmation cannot be made, the application may be canceled.

Fee

・400 yen per certificate

・Postage is 110 yen (may vary depending on the number of items).

The total amount will be the sum of the issuance fee and postage. Please note that a receipt cannot be issued.

・The latest year of the property tax ledger (copy of the fixed asset tax ledger) will be free of charge only during the viewing period (from April 1 to May 31).

・The number of issued documents may change depending on ownership status, the number of land parcels, and the number of buildings.
