The Hino Branch of the Tokyo Certified Public Tax Accountants' Association will hold free tax consultation sessions for the following individuals.
To alleviate congestion, please note that admission is limited to those who have made a prior reservation or those who have an admission ticket for the day.

Note: Those without advance application or a same-day admission ticket cannot enter the consultation venue or submit their tax return.

Eligibility

Income Tax and Consumption Tax Filing for Small-Scale Taxpayers
Income Tax Filing for Pension Recipients and Salary Earners
Note: Those with capital gains (such as sales of land, houses, or stocks) are requested to either receive paid consultation from a tax accountant or consult the tax office.

Note: Those who wish to receive a Medical Expenses deduction must attach the "Detailed Statement of Medical Expenses Deduction". Please prepare the statement and bring it with you when you visit.

Notes and Precautions

• There is no submission or distribution corner for tax return forms for those without prior application or those who do not have a numbered ticket on the day.
• There are application forms available at the venue for those who wish to consult.
• You can submit the prepared declaration form on the spot after the consultation.
• The decision to wear a mask is up to the individual.
• Parking is paid.

Residents of Inagi City cannot consult at venues in other cities.

Those who only submit their final tax return

If you are only submitting a declaration form (completely filled out, and do not need to confirm the content or ask questions), please submit it directly to the Hino Tax Office or send it by mail to the Musashifuchu Branch of the Tokyo Regional Taxation Bureau.
