For those who are delinquent, we request payment of taxes through reminder letters and demand notices.
However, if payment is still not made, in order to maintain fairness with those who have paid by the deadline and to secure important Municipal Tax revenue, based on the Local Tax Law and National Tax Collection Act, we will be forced to seize the property (real estate, movable property, vehicles, salaries, bank deposits, etc.) of those who are delinquent. Furthermore, these assets may be publicly auctioned to cover the unpaid taxes as part of delinquency enforcement measures.

Note:Seizure
According to the Local Tax Law, if the full payment is not made within 10 days from the date the reminder notice was issued, the delinquent taxpayer's property must be seized.
In the case of seizure due to tax delinquency, procedures such as going to court are not necessary, and the seizure can be enforced without prior notice or the consent of the individual.
