Web Direct Debit Application Service
What is the Web Direct Debit Application Service
This is a service that allows you to apply for direct debit anytime using the internet from a computer or smartphone.
There is no need to complete procedures at City Hall or financial institution counters, nor is it necessary to fill out or stamp application forms.
(Note) This service uses a secure external site provided by Yamato System Development Co., Ltd. and financial institutions.
Notes
- Applications can only be made by the account holder themselves (limited to the payer or members of the same household).
- This service allows you to apply only for new or changes to direct debit. If you wish to cancel direct debit, please contact the respective department.
- Please also check the notes and other information on the application page for the applicable subjects and the Web Direct Debit Reception Service (external site).
- There are times when the service is unavailable due to maintenance by Yamato System Development Co., Ltd. and financial institutions.
(1) From 11:30 p.m. on the fourth Sunday of every month until 9:00 a.m. the following Monday
(2) From 1:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. on the last Tuesday of January, April, July, and October
(3) Maintenance hours of each financial institution (Please check with each financial institution for available hours)

- Jonan Shinkin Bank (from October 2)
- Tama Shinkin Bank (from October 2)
- Tokyo South Agricultural Cooperative, Agricultural Cooperatives in the Tokyo Area (excluding islands)
Target Subjects
The applicable subjects are as follows. When you select the desired subject, you will be redirected to the application page (external site) operated by Yamato System Development Co., Ltd. Please follow the instructions to apply.
If you wish to apply for multiple subjects, you need to apply for each subject separately. For Property Tax and City Planning Tax, if you have received multiple tax notices, you need to apply for each notice separately.
The notification number listed on the tax payment notice is required to apply for Municipal, Tokyo Metropolitan Resident, and Forest Environment Taxes (ordinary collection), Property Tax and City Planning Tax, and Light Vehicle Tax.
