25th Japan Women's Challenge Cup Physique Championship Winner Mom Builder

Mr. Ishii, who works at the Comprehensive Gymnasium of Inagi City, won the championship at the 25th Japan Women's Challenge Cup Physique Championship held in August 2017. This event was organized by the Japan Bodybuilding and Fitness Federation, and 13 participants from across the country showcased their trained bodies.
Physique is a competition that, unlike bodybuilding, does not compete on muscle size but rather on a balanced physique. It is a competition that includes scoring items such as a defined waist, broad shoulders, and hairstyle.
It has been just one year since I started training with the desire to become healthy, and I have achieved results in various competitions. Even now, I continue my daily training without fail, changing the areas I focus on, and I am increasing my motivation for the next competition.
