Let's perform a breast self-examination once a month.

Let's do it 4 to 5 days after your period ends.
For those who are postmenopausal, please perform this once a month on a set date. We recommend choosing an easy-to-remember day, such as your birthday or an anniversary.

Do you see any "dents or bulges," "inflammation or discoloration," or "tightening"?

Stand in front of the mirror, clasp your hands behind your head, and carefully observe the color and shape.
We recommend that you have it examined even when your arm is lowered.

Do you feel any lumps when you touch?
