The "Environmental Beautification Citizen Movement," one of the three major clean-up activities in the city, was held on June 30, 2024 (Sunday).
The weather was clear on the day, and many citizens participated, making the town beautiful.
Although it was extremely hot on the day, a total of 5,338 people participated, including 4,698 adults (503 fewer than Fiscal Year 2023) and 640 children (26 more than Fiscal Year 2023).
The collected waste amounted to 23.41 tons of combustible waste, 2.83 tons of non-combustible waste and bulky waste, and 0.92 tons of other waste, totaling 27.16 tons.
Thank you to all individuals, organizations, and companies who participated and cooperated.
We ask for your continued cooperation in beautifying the city's environment.
