In collaboration with the Tokyo Work Center Tama, we held a seminar focused on supporting women's employment.
We learned about the current job and employment situation, how to understand its characteristics, how to view job information from multiple perspectives, and tips for finding job openings you want to apply for.
 

FY 2025 Gender Equality Promotion Seminar 2. "Happy Baby Dance Class for Dads and Children"

We invited Yumiko Yamamoto, the representative director of the Japan Baby Dance Association, and held a workshop for dads on bonding with their babies.
After learning hand play and how to use a baby carrier, we did a dance effective for putting babies to sleep while holding them. Most of the babies participating fell asleep during the gentle dance.
