Introduction of the Integrated School Administration Support System for Elementary and Junior High Schools in Inagi City

This proposal aims to introduce an integrated school management support system to all Elementary and Junior High Schools and the Inagi City Board of Education, with the goal of improving the educational environment for teachers and enhancing the quality of education through efficient school management.
Regarding the proposal, we will designate the period until April 24, 2023 (Monday) as the preparation period, during which we will publish the proposal implementation guidelines and accept statements of intent to participate. During the subsequent application period, we will accept proposals and conduct the first and second screenings.

Selection Method

The Board of Education will request the submission of proposals and other documents from participants who have submitted a declaration of participation and are recognized as eligible to participate.
After receiving the submission of proposals, the selection committee for business operators related to the introduction of the integrated school administrative support system for Elementary and Junior High Schools in Inagi City will be held.
The first screening (document review) will be conducted, and later, a second screening (presentation) will be held for those who pass the first screening.
After selecting the preferred negotiator through the secondary examination, adjustments will be made towards the conclusion of contracts, etc.

(2) Deadline for Submission of Participation Declaration: Until 5:00 PM on April 24, 2023 (Monday)

(4) First Screening Result Notification May 24, 2023 (Wednesday)
(5) Secondary Review (Presentation) May 31, 2023 (Wednesday)
(6) Notification of Secondary Examination Results Early June 2023

Regarding Questions

All inquiries will be accepted via email. For details, please refer to the proposal implementation guidelines related to the selection of Business Operators for the introduction of the integrated school administration support system for Elementary and Junior High Schools in Inagi City.
Please note that responses to questions are scheduled to be sent to all participants via email by around May 2, 2023 (Tuesday).
However, for simple questions that are not related to the proposal content, inquiries by phone are also accepted.

Proposal Selection Results (June 8, 2023)

In selecting the preferred negotiator, proposals were submitted by three parties. Based on a comprehensive evaluation of the proposals, presentations, and Q&A sessions during the first screening (document review) and second screening (presentation review), the following preferred negotiator has been selected.
