A public proposal will be conducted regarding the improvement project of English education in Inagi City Elementary and Junior High Schools.
Purpose of Proposal Implementation
To improve English education in Inagi City Public Schools, we are considering the expansion of the placement of Foreign Language Assistants (hereinafter referred to as "ALT"). In expanding the placement of ALTs, we plan to directly employ foreign staff invited based on educational exchange agreements with foreign municipalities that are eligible for ordinary grant tax measures. Therefore, we will outsource educational exchange support services (business for selecting candidate locations related to educational exchange agreements, negotiations, and procedures) and ALT placement cooperation services (support related to ALT recruitment, training and life support, and coordination with city staff and teachers) to Business Operators. Furthermore, to ensure that each student has opportunities to speak in English, we will outsource the implementation of online English conversation classes for junior high school students to Business Operators.
In order to realize these projects, we aim to solicit project proposals through a public proposal method and select excellent Business Operators.
