Starting from December 2024, the reservation system for sports facilities will be updated. New features will be introduced to make it more user-friendly. Please note that the reservation schedule and rules will change with the launch of the new system, so be cautious when using it.

Important Notice

[Important] Regarding Usage Fees During Rainy Weather or Heat Stroke Alert Issuance

If you were unable to use the sports facilities due to rain or chose not to use them on days when the heat index exceeds 31, starting from February of the 7th year of Reiwa, we will refund the usage fees instead of providing a substitute as we have done in the past.
Please note that in the event of rain or other circumstances, a declaration is required within the specified time, and refunds cannot be issued if no declaration is made.

About the Use of the New System

As with the previous Public Facilities reservation system, the new system also requires prior registration for Public Facilities users. Please check the page below for the registration conditions and application methods.

Changes in the New System

Introduction of Online Payment

Online payment will be available soon. You can choose from the following payment methods.

  • Credit Card Payment
  • Convenience store payment (available at Lawson, FamilyMart, MiniStop, etc. Seven-Eleven is not available)
  • PayPayPayment

(Note) You can still choose to make payments at each service counter as before.

Introduction of Smart Keys

Smart keys will be introduced for outdoor facilities. You can use the facilities without going to the counter to pick up the keys.

How to Use

Target Facility

Facilities starting use on February 1, 2025

  • Inagi North Green Space Park Tennis Court
  • Omaru Park Tennis Court
  • Shiroyama Park Tennis Court
  • Wakabadai Park Tennis Court
  • Friend Hirao Gymnasium and Ground
  • Minami-Tama Sports Plaza Multipurpose Square, Tennis Courts, Soccer Field

Facilities starting use on March 1, 2025

  • Wakabadai Park Multipurpose Square
  • Inagi Central Park baseball field will be closed until March 31, and the smart key will be available for use starting April 1.

(Note) The keys for the car stops at Tamagawa Green Space Park will continue to be available for loan at the "Sougo Taiikukan" window.

Changes to Reservation Schedule and Rules

The schedule and rules for lottery reservations and first-come reservations will change. The main changes are as follows.

  • Reservation Period and Schedule Changes
  • Change of reservation slots (Change of slot limit release also included)
  • Change the payment period to3 days after the lottery result announcement date or the first-come, first-served reservation application date (For example: Payment for the lottery reservation won on January 6, 2025 (Monday) must be made by January 9 (Thursday))

The changes vary by facility, so please check the PDF file below for details. The parts in red within the file will change from the previous version.

About Online Payments

When making online payments for the usage fees of the municipal park sports facilities (Comprehensive Gymnasium, Comprehensive Ground, Chuo Park Baseball Field, "Wakabadai Koen" Multipurpose Square, and tennis courts in each park), the payment will be processed under the name of the facility's designated manager, "Nomura Real Estate Life & Sports Co., Ltd." Please be aware of this.

About Nighttime Lighting

The use of night lighting will remain the same as before.

The tennis courts at Shiroyama Park, the tennis courts at Wakabadai Park, and the multipurpose square at Wakabadai Park will continue to sell night lighting usage tickets at the Comprehensive Gymnasium.

Inagi Nagamine Verdy Field and Friend Hirao Ground will continue to accept applications at each window.
