Regarding the extension of the regular vaccination period for MR1 Phase 2 and Rubella Phase 5
Regarding the combined vaccine for measles and rubella (MR vaccine), for those whose regular vaccination period ends at the end of fiscal year 2024, if they were unable to receive the vaccine during fiscal year 2024 due to a supply shortage, the regular vaccination period will be extended by two years.

Note: For the 5th phase of rubella vaccination, it is possible to receive either the MR vaccine or the rubella-only vaccine. Please consult with your medical institution to decide on the vaccine you wish to receive. Additionally, depending on the supply situation of the MR vaccine, there may be a possibility of waiting for the desired vaccine to arrive before vaccination, so please be aware of this.

Vaccination Process

Make a vaccination appointment by phone at the designated medical institution (as stated in the "notification" that was sent).

- Maternal and Child Health Handbook (a record of vaccinations)
- Pre-examination form (Please use the one previously sent along with the notification.)
If you do not have the pre-vaccination questionnaire from Inagi City due to reasons such as moving in or loss, please bring your Maternal and Child Health Handbook and come to the Inagi City Health Center. We will confirm your vaccination history and provide you with the pre-vaccination questionnaire.
Rubella 5th Phase
Make a reservation for vaccination by phone at the designated medical institution (check the "About Rubella Antibody Testing and Vaccination Medical Institutions" that was enclosed when the coupon was sent previously).
Please note that the designated medical institutions may change without prior notice. In that case, please contact the Inagi City Health Center.
