Funeral Services
When a person enrolled in the National Health Insurance of Inagi City passes away, a funeral expense of 50,000 yen will be provided to the person who conducted the funeral upon application from the funeral executor (chief mourner).
Please note that benefits will not be provided after two years from the day following the funeral.
Note: In the case of death due to the actions of a third party (such as a traffic accident), funeral services may not be provided if the third party bears the funeral costs as compensation.
Required Items for Application
- Health Insurance Card or Qualification Confirmation Document of the Deceased
- Documents that indicate a funeral was held (funeral invitation or a receipt/invoice for the funeral with the name of the chief mourner)
- Information on the transfer destination
