We provide support for costs related to tutoring and examination fees.

We support children from households with income below a certain level by providing loans for expenses such as tutoring and examination fees.

  1. Tuition Loan for Cram Schools and Similar Institutions
    Interest-free loans are provided for tuition fees of cram schools and other preparatory courses necessary for entrance exams to high schools or universities.
    Limit amount: 200,000 yen for 3rd-year junior high school students or equivalent, 200,000 yen for 3rd-year high school students or equivalent
  2. High School and University Entrance Exam Fee Loan
    We provide interest-free loans for examination fees such as high school or university entrance exams.
    Limit amount: 27,400 yen for high school entrance exams (maximum), 80,000 yen for university entrance exams (maximum)

Eligible Individuals

Those who meet all of the following requirements

  1. Be the main breadwinner of the household (18 years or older)
  2. Taxable income or total revenue amount is below a certain standard
  3. The amount of savings and other assets is 6 million yen or less
  4. Do not own land or buildings (excluding the land and buildings of the current residence)
  5. Residing in the city for more than one year (resident registration)
  6. Not being the head of the household or a member of a household receiving Public Assistance
  7. Not being a member of a household to which a gang member as defined in Article 2, Item 6 of the Act on Prevention of Unlawful Acts by Gang Members (Act No. 77 of 1991) belongs.

Application for Repayment (Redemption) Exemption

The Examination Candidate Challenge Support Loan will be exempted from repayment (repayment exemption) by applying for a "Exemption Application" if you enter a school eligible for the loan.
When applying for repayment exemption, please submit the repayment exemption Application Form along with a certificate of enrollment from the high school, university, or other institution you have entered. Additionally, if you meet other eligibility requirements for repayment exemption, repayment may be waived upon review. For more details, please contact the Social Welfare Council of Inagi City.
