Help Card / Help Mark
Your small assistance can lead to the peace of mind for people with disabilities.
What is a Help Card?

Some people with disabilities are unable to communicate their difficulties.
"Help Cards" are designed for people with disabilities to carry with them regularly, making it easier to request consideration and assistance from those around them in emergencies or during disasters.
- Eligible individuals: Residents of the city with physical disabilities, intellectual disabilities, mental disabilities, or those with intractable diseases, who require support in daily life or during emergencies.
- Note: This is limited to those who hold various disability certificates and various disability-related beneficiary certificates.
- Distribution Locations: Disability Welfare Division, Social Welfare Council of Inagi City, Marche Inagi
What is the Help Mark?

This is a mark created by Tokyo to make it easier for people who need assistance or consideration, such as those with prosthetic limbs or artificial joints, to inform those around them that they require support, even if it is not obvious from their appearance.
Distribution locations: Toei Subway, Tama Monorail station offices (excluding some areas), Toei Bus operating offices, Tokyo Disability Welfare Center, etc.
If a person with a disability is in trouble
- Please ask, "What happened?"
- Please speak slowly while checking if the other person understands.
- If you have a help card, the back side contains details of the assistance you need.
To view the PDF file, you need "Adobe(R) Reader(R)". If you do not have it, please download it for free from Adobe website (new window).
