"Telephone Relay Service" is a service that connects individuals with hearing or speech difficulties and those who can hear, through an interpreter operator who translates between "sign language/ text" and "voice", available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for two-way communication by phone.
Emergency calls and contacting hospitals, as well as communication with work, family, and friends can be done via phone.

Start Date and Usage Information

The service is scheduled to start on July 1, 2021.
You need to register for use with the Nippon Foundation Telephone Relay Service in advance.
(If you have registered a phone number, you can make and receive calls.)
