Notice of Registration Renewal for Fiscal Year 2025 (Registration for Use of School Sports Facilities by Organizations)
The period for updating group registration will be extended.
Regarding the registration of school sports facilities that you have registered, it is scheduled to transition to a new system in the autumn of 2025, so we will extend the current expiration date, which is until June 30, 2025, by one year. As a result, the next group registration renewal process, which is usually conducted every two years, will be accepted starting in April 2026 (tentative).
The extension of the validity period will be carried out by the Inagi City Board of Education, and once the work is completed, we will notify all registered organizations through the Public Facilities reservation system in June of the 7th year of Reiwa.
If there are changes to the organization information (Updated March 14, 2025)
If there are any changes to the organization information, please proceed with the "Change Procedure".
In that case, please submit the "Application Form for Approval Changes or Withdrawal of Registration for Use of Inagi City Public Schools Sports Facilities" and the "List of Group Members (for Changes)."

If a new member is ahigh school student or older, a copy of their identification is required.
If a new member is already a member of another organization in the same sport, they cannot become a member of this organization. Please confirm that you are not already a member of another organization before proceeding with the application. If duplicate membership is confirmed after the application, we will contact the representative.
