The renewal period for group registration has been extended. (Updated on June 6, 2025)

Regarding the registration of school sports facility groups, since a new system is scheduled to be introduced in the fall of Reiwa 7, the validity period, which is currently until June 30, Reiwa 7, has been extended by one year. As a result, the group registration renewal procedure, which is usually conducted once every two years, will next be accepted from April, Reiwa 8 (planned).

(Before extension) June 30, 2025 → (After extension) June 30, 2026

We will notify each organization when it is time to update the procedures.

 

 

If there are changes to the organization information (Updated March 14, 2025)

If there are any changes to the organization information, please proceed with the "Change Procedure".

In that case, please submit the "Application Form for Approval Changes or Withdrawal of Registration for Use of Inagi City Public Schools Sports Facilities" and the "List of Group Members (for Changes)."

If a new member is ahigh school student or older, a copy of their identification is required.

If a new member is already a member of another organization in the same sport, they cannot become a member of this organization. Please confirm that you are not already a member of another organization before proceeding with the application. If duplicate membership is confirmed after the application, we will contact the representative.

After the application for changes, we will not notify you of the completion of processing.

Upcoming Schedule (Planned)

(1) Notification of extension of validity period in June 2025 (scheduled until June 30, 2026) via the Public Facilities reservation system

(2) Around autumn of 2025, transition to the new system

 Note: We will inform you of the specific schedule at a later date.

 Note: A password setup is required before using the new system, so please register your email at the current Public Facilities reservation system from the link below.

(3) Notification regarding the update procedure in March of the 8th year of Reiwa

(4) Application for renewal procedures begins in April of the 8th year of Reiwa
