Public Recruitment Proposal for the Reconstruction of Inagi City Public Inagi Dai 3 Elementary School Building and the Basic and Detailed Design Work for the (Tentative Name) Inagi City Dai 3 Elementary School After-School Childcare Program Construction

Inagi Dai 3 Elementary School has been in use for over 50 years since its construction. Based on a comprehensive evaluation of the results from the basic survey commissioned in Fiscal Year 2022, it was concluded that a complete rebuilding of the school building is the preferable option. Taking this into account, the designer for the school building reconstruction and After-School Childcare Program construction will be selected through an open proposal process.
Regarding the proposal, the period until Tuesday, July 18, 2023, will be designated as the preparation period, during which the proposal application guidelines will be published and a public recruitment will be conducted.

Selection Method

Participants who submit the required documents, including the participation declaration and pledge, by the deadline and are recognized as meeting the eligibility requirements will undergo the first screening by the Open Proposal Selection Committee for the basic and detailed design work outsourcing related to the rebuilding of the Inagi City Public Schools Inagi Dai 3 Elementary School building and the construction of the (tentative name) Inagi City Third Elementary School After-School Childcare Program.
Applicants who pass the first screening must submit documents for the second screening and participate in a presentation and hearing as the second screening at the Proposal Selection Committee for the Basic and Detailed Design and Other Contracted Services for the Reconstruction of Inagi Dai 3 Elementary School Building and the Construction of the (Tentative Name) Inagi Dai 3 Elementary School After-School Childcare Program in Inagi City Public Schools.
After selecting the top-priority negotiation candidate through the secondary screening, adjustments will be made toward concluding the contract and other agreements.

• Note 1: Before submitting the primary examination documents, you can distribute and view reference materials by submitting the "Application for Distribution and Viewing of Reference Materials and Affidavit".
• Note 2: A site visit will be conducted for prospective proposal applicants to confirm the current site conditions. Those interested should submit the "Site Visit Application Form."
