For complaints or consultations, please contact the Long-Term Care Insurance Section of the Senior Welfare Division. If necessary, we will request reports from Business Operators and provide guidance and advice for improvements. Additionally, inquiries or consultations regarding Long-Term Care Insurance are also accepted at each Community General Support Center and by care managers.
