Process for Renting Welfare Equipment

  1. Users consult with a care manager (or Community General Support Center).
  2. Care managers (or Community General Support Center) create care plans and select business operators for welfare equipment.
  3. A welfare equipment specialist visits the user's home to select and propose rental welfare equipment.
  4. Business operators that lend welfare equipment deliver the equipment and confirm the user's suitability.
  5. Decide on the welfare equipment to be rented, and the user and the Business Operators providing the welfare equipment will enter into a contract.
  6. Rental of welfare equipment will begin.
