Inagi City Comprehensive Project for Preventive Care and Daily Life Support No. 1

When implementing the "Inagi City Nursing Care Prevention and Daily Life Support Comprehensive Project" nursing care prevention and life support service project (first project), the designated procedures of Inagi City are required.

Regarding the FY2026 Treatment Improvement Addition

In Inagi City's comprehensive project, the "Treatment Improvement Addition (1) to (4) (times)" is independently set for Home Visit A and Day Care A.
If you have been designated for home care, day care, or community-based day care and have submitted a notification of the treatment improvement addition to the designated authority, no procedures are required with Inagi City.
In the FY2026 revision of fees, new categories "i" and "ro" have been added to the Treatment Improvement Addition for care workers, but in the Treatment Improvement Addition under the comprehensive project of Inagi City, these are not subdivided. Both "(1)i" and "(1)ro" are claimed as "(1)", and both "(2)i" and "(2)ro" are claimed as "(2)".
In addition, if there is a change in classification such as from (1) to (2), the classification of the Treatment Improvement Addition in Inagi City will also change. In that case, please submit a notification of change.

Note: The following additions are also set as unique additions of Inagi City, and the requirements are handled in the same manner as described above.
