We have started accepting electronic applications and notifications for new designations, designation renewals, changes, and additional notifications through the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare's "Electronic Application and Notification System".
You can continue to apply using paper as before, but in principle, applications will be made through this system, so we encourage you to actively utilize it.
If you are applying through the "Electronic Application Notification System", please notify the person in charge after submitting your application electronically.
