Recruitment Target

The following Business Operators capable of conducting certification surveys within Inagi City

1. Designated Home Care Support Offices
2. Community-Based Care Welfare Facilities for the Elderly
3. Long-Term Care Insurance Facilities (Nursing Homes for the Elderly, Health Care Facilities for the Elderly, Medical Facilities for Long-Term Care)

Business office location outside Inagi City is also acceptable.

Application Requirements

The holder of the Long-Term Care Insurance qualification who has completed the new training for certification investigators conducted by the prefectures, meeting the requirements of Article 40, Paragraph 5 of the Long-Term Care Insurance Act Enforcement Regulations.

Contract Fee

4,620 yen per certification survey (for home visits. Includes transportation, communication, and consumption tax)
All expenses necessary for the survey shall be borne by the contractor.
