Regarding the Recommendation of Staff for the Long-term Service Commendation of Care Workers in Inagi City for Fiscal Year 2025

In Inagi City, we have decided to newly implement the Inagi City Long-Term Care Worker Long-Term Service Award starting from fiscal year 2025. This award aims to honor care workers who have diligently engaged in long-term care-related duties at Long-Term Care Insurance service providers within the city for many years, to express our appreciation to these workers, and to promote securing and retaining care personnel by encouraging motivation to work in care professions, preventing turnover, and improving the image of care workplaces. We ask service providers to recommend eligible staff members and request that the award recipients attend the award ceremony.

About the Award Recipients

The recipients of the awards for Fiscal Year 2025 are those who, as of April 1, 2025, have worked as care staff at Long-Term Care Insurance service offices within the city for a total of 10 years or more (for details, please refer to the implementation guidelines).

About the Award Ceremony

(1) Date and Time: Tuesday, November 18, 2025, from 10:00 AM

(2) Venue: 4th Floor Conference Room, Inagi City Community Promotion Plaza

(3) Content: Presentation of a certificate of commendation from the Mayor of Inagi City and commemorative photography

(4) Others: Photos from the award ceremony may be published in the city's public relations materials and on the website.
