In Inagi City, the Inagi City Long-Term Care Staff Long-Term Service Commendation has been implemented since FY2035 with the purpose of recognizing and rewarding care workers who have diligently engaged in care-related duties for many years at Long-Term Care Insurance service providers within the city. This aims to encourage these staff, foster motivation to work in care professions, prevent turnover, improve the image of care workplaces, and thereby secure and retain care personnel. Accordingly, for the implementation in FY2036, we ask service providers to recommend staff who meet the criteria, and we request that the eligible staff attend the award ceremony.
