No.7 i Plaza will be opened
(Inagi Newsletter May 15, 2012 issue)
The long-awaited heated pool and health promotion facility for the citizens will finally open on May 28, 2012. There will be a preview event for citizens on the 27th, so please come and join us.
Details on how to use each facility and the fees are provided in detail on the front page of this document, with pricing set according to age categories. There are also discounts available for Older Adults who present a Silver Pass.
In addition, we will sell tickets for each facility. They are in a prepaid card format, allowing you to use it 11 times for the price of 10, and you can also recharge it, so please make good use of it.
In addition, we will also sell commuter passes with no limits on the number of times or duration, so heavy users are encouraged to consider purchasing one. Please note that the commuter pass has a discounted rate for residents of the city.
At the Health Plaza, in addition to the basic menu, you can receive various paid services from the designated management company, Owens Health Plaza.
As a health management support service, we will implement various classes (a total of 8 to 12 sessions) aimed at disease prevention, physical condition improvement, nursing care prevention, and establishing exercise habits, in collaboration with the City Hospital, tailored to the health status and exercise needs of each participant.
In the studio and pool classes, we plan to hold programs for health promotion, parenting support, and full-body exercise, making them easy to use with a one-time system (60 minutes). Additionally, in the "Mom's Shape-Up Exercise" class, childcare services will also be available.
Additionally, we will hold workshops that are useful for considering the health of yourself and your family as part of our health courses.
The health plaza being established this time will serve as a facility adjacent to the hospital and health check center, and we are committed to continuing to play a pioneering role in the future.
We look forward to welcoming many visitors to serve as a hub for interaction among various regions and generations.
