Under the "COVID-19 Emergency Economic Measures" (Cabinet decision on April 7, 2020), cloth masks will be distributed using the Japan Post's all-address delivery system, with two cloth masks provided per household.
The cloth masks to be distributed will be packaged in transparent bags along with the notification letter.

If you receive a product you do not recognize,

  1. Anyway, let's calm down for now.
  2. Did you receive a phone call from the Business Operators before the items were sent to you?
    If you feel something is strange or have any concerns, please contact the following without hastily contacting Business Operators.
