Since November 2016, consultations regarding business operators offering telework have been received at Consumer Affairs Centers and other locations nationwide.
The Consumer Affairs Agency has provided information based on the provisions of Article 38, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Safety Act (Act No. 50 of 2009) indicating that there may be acts that unjustly harm consumer interests (such as providing false information) in transactions with "Social Net Co., Ltd." and "Smart Plan Co., Ltd.". To prevent the occurrence or expansion of consumer damage, we inform all consumers accordingly.
