Notice regarding "Toyo-do Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd." which falsely solicits the purchase of corporate bonds by claiming to be engaged in the manufacturing and sales of generic pharmaceuticals.

Since March 2016, there have been consultations reported to various Consumer Affairs Centers regarding Business Operators who falsely claim to be engaged in the manufacturing and sale of generic pharmaceuticals and solicit the purchase of unsecured convertible bonds with stock acquisition rights.
The Consumer Affairs Agency has provided information that there are acts that unfairly harm consumer interests (such as providing false information) in transactions with Toyodo Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., based on the provisions of Article 38, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Safety Act (Act No. 50 of 2009). To prevent the occurrence or expansion of consumer damage, we would like to inform all consumers.
