Notice regarding business operators selling counterfeit winter brand clothing at low prices

Since October 2017, many consultations have been received at Consumer Affairs Centers and other locations regarding orders of winter brand clothing from online shopping sites, where customers reported receiving counterfeit items.
The Consumer Affairs Agency has received information, based on the provisions of Article 38, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Safety Act (Act No. 50 of 2009), that there are acts potentially harming consumer interests unfairly (such as false or exaggerated advertisements, displays, and false notifications) in transactions with "CGJP Co., Ltd." (2nd and 3rd floors, Jiyugaoka Landix Building, 7-1-3 Okusawa, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo). To prevent the occurrence or expansion of consumer damage, we inform all consumers accordingly.
