Since January 2017, there have been consultations at various Consumer Affairs Centers regarding business operators who entice consumers on websites with phrases like, "Your photos can turn into money right now!" and "You can earn just by taking photos," charging them high fees for information products and automated customer acquisition tools.
The Consumer Affairs Agency has provided information based on the provisions of Article 38, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Safety Act (Act No. 50 of 2009) regarding transactions with "Idea Corporation" that may unjustly harm consumer interests (such as providing false information). To prevent the occurrence or expansion of consumer damage, we are informing all consumers.
