Address changes are generally not required to be reported as they are linked to the Basic Resident Registration Card, but please check as there may be cases where reporting is necessary.
The application forms are available at the Fuchu Pension Office and the City Hall Insurance and Pension Division.
Please check with each mutual aid association for address change notifications for recipients of mutual aid pensions and employee pension funds.
