The procedure for changing the account differs between National Pension subscribers and National Pension beneficiaries.
Account Change for National Pension Subscribers
If you wish to change the account transfer institution or account for National Pension insurance premiums, please submit the "National Pension Insurance Premium Account Transfer Payment (Change) Application Form and Refund Transfer Method (Change) Application Form" to the new financial institution. The change will take effect 1 to 2 months after the notification. The application form is also available at the Fuchu Pension Office and the City Hall Insurance and Pension Division (please confirm as some financial institutions and post offices may not have the application form).

- Identity verification documents (My Number Card, driver's license, etc.)

Note: You can electronically apply for account changes from the My Number Portal.
Change of Account for National Pension Beneficiaries
If you wish to change the bank or account for receiving the National Pension, please submit the "Pension Beneficiary Receiving Institution Change Notification" to the Fuchu Pension Office with jurisdiction. The change will take effect 1 to 2 months after the notification.
