Health checkups, human dock, vaccinations, orthodontics, normal pregnancy and childbirth, mild body odor and blemishes, cosmetic surgery, and other conditions not considered illnesses such as abortion for economic reasons, as well as work-related illnesses and injuries that are covered by workers' compensation insurance cannot use the Health Insurance Card. Additionally, illnesses or injuries resulting from criminal acts, intentional accidents, fights, or drunkenness cannot use the Health Insurance Card.
If you are using your Health Insurance Card due to injuries sustained from a traffic accident or other third parties, please be sure to contact the Insurance and Pension Division at City Hall in advance.
