Injuries sustained during work or commuting are covered by Workers' Compensation Insurance. Therefore, the My Number Health Insurance Card and Qualification Confirmation Document cannot be used. Workers' Compensation Insurance applies to all individuals who are employed and receive wages, including full-time employees, part-time workers, and temporary staff.
Please note that if you use the My Number Health Insurance Card or Qualification Confirmation Document in cases recognized as workers' compensation, you will be required to repay the full amount of the insurance benefits.

In the following cases, you cannot use the My Number Health Insurance Card or Qualification Confirmation Document.

• I fell and got injured while working part-time.
• Injured while at work or commuting.
