Every year, a recommendation notice is sent to insured individuals who are eligible for the Unitary High Cost Medical/Long-Term Care Benefit among those enrolled in the National Health Insurance of Inagi City as of the end of July. When you receive it, please apply using the enclosed Application Form.
Additionally, those who changed their health insurance during the fiscal year may not receive a recommendation notice, so please contact us.
