There may be cases where you are eligible for insurance coverage upon application. If you qualify for insurance coverage after a review of the content, the amount excluding your out-of-pocket expenses will be paid later (approximately 3 months after the application) as a medical expense. However, please note that payments will not be made if more than 2 years have passed since the day after the medical expenses were paid.
